Usability

Usability measures the quality of a user’s experience when interacting with a product or system. Millions of websites offer users information, goods, services, and entertainment, but many of these sites are difficult to use, do not function properly, and ultimately fail to attract or keep users. At Graphic Alliance we follow a usability engineering process to ensure that all users can find information quickly and easily to improve website satisfaction.

By using a structured development methodology that involves users at each stage of designing and building the website and considering your business objectives and user needs, limitations and preferences, we can create a successful and usable website.

Graphic Alliance will:

  • Present information in a clear and concise manner
  • Present the correct choices to the user
  • Remove any ambiguity about the consequences of an action
  • Place the most important calls to action in the right places on a web page or application.

We will create a usable website by:

  • Defining business and user goals and objectives
  • Gathering requirements
  • Developing and testing prototypes
  • Evaluating design alternatives
  • Analysing usability problems
  • Proposing solutions
  • Conducting usability tests

We will then measure and evaluate the sites usability with performance data metrics. These metrics include data such as; pages views, exit pages, successful completions rates, user journeys through the site etc.

We present user behaviour analysis in report form on a monthly or quarterly basis, depending on the client's requirements, along with our thoughts and recommendations.
