The Brief: IBB Solicitors is West London’s leading law firm, rated highly by both Chambers and the Legal 500. Their audience ranges from private clients and high net worth individuals requiring specific legal representation, to corporates requiring complex legal services such as employment or intellectual property advice.
The objectives were to address the law firm’s website design, raise brand awareness through content marketing, increase engagement through thought leadership and generate leads and conversions for their key service offerings.
Project Notes: The new, fully responsive corporate website launched in April 2014, following a 12-month consultative process involving the firm’s Partners, fee-earners and business support staff.
We conducted more than 12 hours of stakeholder interviews across the four major practice areas and identified the key ingredients that differentiated IBB from its City-based competitors.
Since its Partners remain involved in all of its cases, the firm’s people were consciously highlighted, from authored content to key contacts within each of its services, and with their direct contact details readily available.
The Result: In less than a year, IBB Solicitors have seen positive increases in all categories, with an average 15% increase in unique visitors and a steady reduction in bounce rate. Traffic from content marketing more than doubled since the beginning of the year.
We also re-addressed the brand’s digital style guide and extended this to a new, luxurious corporate brochure, email templates, social media profiles and more.
